- *Pilates Magic Circle* : A class using a prop called a "Magic Circle" or "Pilates Ring," which is a flexible metal or plastic ring used to add resistance and intensify Pilates exercises.
- *Pilates Stretch and Mobility* : A class focused on improving flexibility and joint mobility, combining stretching exercises with Pilates movements to promote body flexibility.
- *Pilates Hip Dips* : A class focusing on strengthening the hip and glute muscles to reduce the appearance of "hip dips" or dips in the hips.

Graduated in Physiotherapy since 2006, owner and manager of a Physiotherapy Center in Tunis for 9 years, I converted to Pilates since 2018 while applying all my knowledge and know-how to support my coaches to become more aware of their bodies and improve their postures, treat and prevent their back pain (scoliosis, lumbago, etc.), regain a harmonious figure, recover after childbirth, etc. My Pilates classes are therefore adapted to people looking for a physical activity that would take into consideration their constraints as well as to athletes who want to improve their performance - Eya Derbel Mejri
